His Smile...and I don't mean Murphy's

My birthday was Feb. 2nd, also known as groundhogs day. I had planned on Murphy doing something cute as he looked for his shadow...but I forgot. Oh well....
Anyway, I decided to include something positive to make my day special. My mother had told me, "If you see someone without a smile...give them one of yours."  So here is a poem I wrote about a smile from a dear friend....

              His Smile
When I'm feeling troubled, or a little blue,
I think of his smile to brighten my mood.

I close my eyes and I plainly see
How I remember it always to be.

It's always sincere, somewhat sexy or shy
That always proceeds with a warm gentle sigh.

Sometimes it is teasing with a hint in his eyes
That's made from the grin he was trying to hide.

The kindness that comes from the smile he shares
Is given to all to show that he cares.

Even to strangers hearts he has touched
By giving a smile they know they can trust.

And without a doubt, I know that it's you,
A friend with a smile, has brightened my mood....
